Community Guidelines
Effective August 27, 2026. 10hub.community is designed for useful, local, accountable participation. These rules apply to profiles, posts, replies, messages, listings, requests, reviews, events, and business content.
Be a good neighbor
Be truthful, relevant, and civil. Disagreement is allowed; harassment, threats, hate, stalking, sexual exploitation, doxxing, intimidation, and encouragement of violence are not.
Protect private information
Do not post or attempt to infer exact home addresses, house numbers, streets, precise blocks, map pins, live locations, routines, access codes, private contact details, government identifiers, financial information, health information, or another person's images or messages without permission. Never use the service to locate, follow, threaten, intimidate, or facilitate violence against another person. Use protected messaging for necessary pickup or project details.
Keep help and exchange safe
No weapons, controlled substances, recalled or stolen goods, animals offered unlawfully, counterfeit items, unsafe services, advance-fee schemes, gift-card or cryptocurrency demands, or attempts to move suspicious transactions off-platform. 10hub.community does not process neighbor-to-neighbor payments in this demo.
Use honest reviews and vouches
Only describe genuine firsthand experience. No fabricated, purchased, coerced, retaliatory, employee, family, or undisclosed incentivized reviews. Material connections and incentives must be clearly disclosed. Businesses may not suppress or selectively solicit reviews to distort reputation.
Follow professional advertising rules
Businesses may advertise only services they may lawfully provide. Required contractor licence, classification, business-name, and real-estate licensee disclosures must be accurate and visible. A paid placement must be labeled near the placement and may not imply endorsement by 10hub.community.
Housing for everyone
Do not express or imply a housing preference, restriction, or exclusion based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, source of income, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, ancestry, age, veteran status, or any other protected status. Describe the property, price, lawful requirements, and accessibility features—not the preferred person.
Moderation and appeals
Users can report content from the relevant item. Reports should be reviewed consistently with documented reasons, preservation rules, and escalation for urgent safety matters. Production users should be able to appeal material account or content decisions.
