Effective September 8, 2026. This notice explains the information 10hub.community collects, where it comes from, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. It covers the 10hub.community city-interest survey, Community experience, Pro experience, and owner-operated support tools. The public Community build is an interactive demonstration; sample people, businesses, credentials, listings, messages, and activity are fictional.
Information you provide
The city-interest waitlist asks for your email, city, state, member type, consent choice, and optional name and interests. It does not ask for your street address or ZIP code. If you later receive an account invitation, the service may separately collect profile and business details, project requests, posts, messages, feedback, and information you choose to submit for location or professional verification. Licensed-agent applications may include a DRE license number, responsible brokerage, service area, and optional sponsorship interest.
Information collected automatically
Security and service records such as IP address, device and browser details, request timing, authentication status, referring page, and essential browser-storage preferences. Approximate or precise device location is requested only after you choose the location control and your browser asks permission; the demo does not retain GPS coordinates.
Sources
Information comes from you, your device and browser, other users who interact with you, service providers supporting the product, and official or public sources used to verify professional licences, business identity, or property authority.
Why we use it
To provide accounts and neighborhood features, place members in the correct community, verify Pros, manage leads, prevent abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.
What other members see
A private address or one-time location check may confirm that a member is eligible for a local community. Other members may see that people belong to the same broad community and a zone-level sample count, but not where any individual lives. Public profiles, posts, and neighborhood views do not show a member's house, street, precise block, exact distance, map pin, live location, or exact GPS point, and the shared zone is not centered on an individual home.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage supports sign-in, fraud prevention, accessibility, theme, and privacy choices. Optional measurement stays off unless you choose to allow it. If allowed, 10hub.community counts broad events—such as a page view, started survey, preview open, or copied invitation—by day, referral type, and device category. These measurement records do not contain your name, email, IP address, exact location, or cross-site advertising identifiers.
When information is disclosed
Limited information may be disclosed to hosting, authentication, database, email, security, verification, payment, and support providers working for 10hub.community under appropriate restrictions; to another user only when a feature and your choice require it; during a lawful business transfer; or when reasonably necessary for safety or law. We do not let service providers use it for their own advertising.
No sale or targeted-ad sharing
10hub.community will not sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice ever changes, we will update this notice and provide every legally required opt-out before it begins.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist information is kept until launch outreach ends or you withdraw consent. Active account and transaction records are kept while needed to provide the service. Security, consent, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legally required records may be kept longer under a written retention schedule. Eligible information is deleted or de-identified after a verified request.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of eligible information and may withdraw optional consent. Where applicable, you may also opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and appeal a decision without discrimination. We will explain if an exception prevents us from completing part of a request.
Browser privacy signals
10hub.community does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional measurement remains off until you allow it. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a request to keep optional measurement off. Because 10hub.community does not track people across unrelated sites, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change other processing.
Security
10hub.community uses access controls, encrypted connections, protected authentication, rate limits, and data minimization. Authentication providers hash credentials; 10hub.community will never store a readable copy of your password. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit who can access information.
Children
10hub.community is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16. A parent or guardian may contact us to request removal if they believe a child submitted information.
California notice at collection
The categories described above—including identifiers, account and profile information, approximate location, commercial activity, communications, internet activity, professional information, and inferences needed for matching or safety—are collected for the purposes stated here. Sensitive information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, verify, and comply with the service.
Email updates
If you request your city and consent to email, 10hub.community may queue a confirmation, meaningful city-progress updates, and an account invitation. Delivery requires a contracted email provider. You may withdraw from optional updates using the instructions in a delivered message or by contacting us.
Changes to this notice
Material changes will be dated here and, when required, shown in the product or sent to the email associated with your account before a new use begins.
Contact and requests
Use the contact option on the launch page. Before acting, deletion requests will require verification so another person cannot erase your information. Verification data is used only to process the request.
