Terms of Use
Effective August 27, 2026. These terms describe the intended rules for the Community service. This public build is an interactive demonstration; it does not create a brokerage, contractor, escrow, payment, property-management, or professional-advice relationship.
Who may use 10hub.community
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service only where lawful. Production access may require email, identity, address, business, licence, insurance, ownership, or authority checks. A demo badge or sample verification state is not a real-world credential.
Community conduct
Do not harass, discriminate, impersonate, deceive, threaten, exploit, spam, scrape, evade safeguards, publish another person's private information, or use 10hub.community to arrange unlawful goods or services. Follow the Community Guidelines and report safety concerns.
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant 10hub.community a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Neighbors, Pros, and marketplace activity
10hub.community is intended to help users discover and communicate. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, 10hub.community is not a party to neighbor exchanges, home-improvement contracts, real-estate transactions, leases, payments, inspections, bids, or professional services. Users must independently confirm identity, current licence status, insurance, scope, permits, price, and suitability before acting.
Contractor and real-estate information
Production contractor advertisements must show legally required licence information, and verification must be checked against current official records. Real-estate licensees remain responsible for required names, licence numbers, responsible-broker disclosures, listing authority, and truthful advertising. Sponsorship never changes verification, organic ranking, or review treatment.
Housing and fair access
Housing listings, requests, advertising, matching, and moderation must comply with federal, state, and local fair-housing laws. Content or targeting that states or implies a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected characteristic is prohibited. 10hub.community does not make eligibility, credit, tenant-screening, appraisal, or lending decisions in this demo.
Pricing, subscriptions, and leads
No payment is processed in this demo. Before paid features launch, 10hub.community must show the full price and material terms before purchase, obtain express consent, provide a receipt, prevent automatic lead charges without an affirmative unlock, and offer a simple cancellation method. Displayed prices are proposed demo pricing and may change before launch.
Safety and no professional advice
Do not use 10hub.community for emergencies; call 911 or the appropriate local service. Estimates and community information are general planning aids, not bids or legal, financial, tax, engineering, medical, insurance, or real-estate advice. Verify important facts with qualified professionals and official sources.
Enforcement
10hub.community may reject, limit, remove, preserve, or review content and accounts to enforce these rules, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Production enforcement should include notice and an appeal path where appropriate. Illegal activity and credible safety threats may be referred to authorities.
Disclaimers and liability
The demo is provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10hub.community disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user conduct or third-party transactions. Final production terms must contain jurisdiction-appropriate warranty, liability, dispute, termination, and indemnity provisions reviewed by counsel; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
